Hand-Crafted Gin batch distilled just twice using 100% grape wine in American made alembic stills. No neutral spirits are used in the distillation of this American style Old Tom gin rich in the tradition of the black cat & classic cocktails.

Classic gin botanicals are steeped in Grape brandy low-wine, then redistilled together with vapor distilled botanicals in the gin basket. Aged in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels for added depth & complexity.

Non-chill filtered to maximize the retention and concentration of the botanical flavors to allow them to shine with layered complexity. Extra smooth body. Rich & viscous with a delicate finish, just a hint of sweetness. May develop a faint haze or suspension at colder temperatures.
