10-Year Hazmat Apple Brandy Finished in Rum Casks

This 10-year American apple brandy began its journey in a freshly emptied Kentucky bourbon barrel before spending the majority of its aging in a Nicaraguan rum cask that previously held rum for 23 years. Bottled at its natural barrel proof of 147.6, it showcases the remarkable influence of both casks. 

The nose opens with baked apple, spiced caramel, and molasses before giving way to layers of fresh cinnamon, apple skin, and butterscotch. Bold yet remarkably balanced, the finish is rich, warming, and lingers long after the last sip.
